Exercise is still the best remedy. Exercising releases endorphins, which help balance the system inside our body. It pumps more oxygen into our lungs; it strengthens our bones so on and so forth. Aside from that, it makes us sexy. We can achieve a longer and healthier life if we want to.
However we also need to deal with health related problems. Due to the pollution people do get sick, so what do we do about them? There are lots of medical discoveries that have helped cure people from all sorts of ailments. The best way to go is to go herbal. It is the least expensive way to cure an ailment, if all fails then considering regular therapeutic medicines will do. Though the best way is to stick to the medicines that are less processed where in it is much closer to the main ingredient.
