Anti-aging Fanatic

If there is one thing in the world I feared most it is to grow and look old. Call me vain if you want to, but I really think that I will freak out if I will see my face in the mirror looking all old and wrinkly. That is why as early as today I am already trying to delay it as much as I can.
I have switched to a vegan diet because I heard a lot of testimonies on how this diet made the vegetarians look a lot younger than their real age. Another lifestyle change I had was I started eating a piece of dark chocolate every day because I once read that chocolate contains many of the healthy benefits of dark vegetables since it is made of plants. Dark chocolates also have anti-oxidants which we all know protect the body from free radicals. What is more amazing was the results of various researches pointing to the fact that dark chocolate does not only contain anti-oxidants but a large number of anti-oxidants—nearly eight times the number found in strawberries and four times the number found in green tea. Thus, for me, dark chocolate serves as an anti-aging food. Moreover, apart from providing our bodies with anti-oxidants, chocolates also serve as a mood elevator considering that it contains the substance phenyl ethylamine. If a person is always in a good mood, I think it will slow if not totally delay the aging process.
I honestly don’t know what is it exactly about being wrinkly and looking unattractive do I have a problem with considering that a couple of years ago nobody can even force me to apply a moisturizing cream on my face or a dab of sunblock on my skin. A couple of years ago, I didn’t care, anti-aging is a new concept to me. I guess the fact that my husband left me for a younger woman has a lot to do with it.
