Some of the fats in chocolates are of the monounsaturated variety meaning they are beneficial to your body. Some of the fats are saturated, but researches show that some of these do not raise cholesterol levels in your body. Chocolates also have the ability to lift your spirit, and not just because of its delicious taste. Chocolates help produce the happy hormones in your body.
